Cloudway hosts the visit of the President of Lenovo EMEA in Athens

Giovanni Di Filippo, Lenovo EMEA President, visited Athens this week to engage with leading Greek companies in a series of high-level meetings organized by Cloudway. Cloudway is one of the very few Platinum partners of Lenovo in the region.

This visit underscores Lenovo’s commitment to strengthening the partnership with Cloudway and exploring new common growth opportunities in Greece, a key market in the region.

During the visit, Giovanni Di Filippo met with business leaders from various sectors, focusing on fostering innovation, expanding collaboration, and supporting local industries in driving sustainable growth.

In an interview to CNN Greece (Link), Giovanni Di Filippo mentioned Lenovo’s collaboration with Cloudway with regard to the promotion of its solutions and the implementation of specialized large-scale projects in Greece and in the wider region.

Cloudway participates at Kontron’s PostgreSQL event in Bucharest

Cloudway participated in the event organized by Kontron for its customers in Romania at Sheraton Hotel in Bucharest.

The purpose of the event was to present to Kontron’s customers the solutions currently offered by PostgreSQL, how it can be upgraded to Enterprise Grade RDBMs and the possibilities to migrate Oracle workloads to Postgres.
